Instructions for use
VECOSOL BINDER U 516 is a medium-soft general-purpose polyurethane binder.
It can be used alone or in combination with acrylic resins (compatibility has to be previously verified), for base coating of split and buffed leather.
Its properties are:
- transparent film with pleasant touch, without blocking effect
- good filling and sealing
- excellent embossing
- good flexometer values even at low temperature
- no sticking
- good water resistance
- good wet and dry rub-fastness values.
Resuming: Vecosol Binder U 516, combined with acrylic resins, increases the filling, the flexometer values, embossing and elasticity properties and is specially suitable for upholstery finishings on buffed and split leathers.
